Kitchen Crew Information
KITCHEN CREWPlease submit a completed Registration Form indicating which session(s) you
prefer, and a $100 registration fee per weekly session requested, to the Registrar to defray expenses. Registration fee is refunded only if the applicant is not selected for Kitchen Crew.

A limited number of kitchen crew positions are available for each
session. Travel expenses are not included. Members of the kitchen crew
assist the kitchen staff in serving meals and
snacks, setting tables, dishwashing, and cleaning up the dining area and kitchen, in exchange for participation in Mainewoods Dance Camp. The daily schedule is organized so as to allow for
participation in most classes and evening parties.
All Kitchen Crew people need to be at camp by 4:00 PM on Sunday.
If you would like to apply, please write a letter stating your reasons for
requesting a position, and please describe your folk dance, singing, and/or musical instrument experience, if any.
Please include at least one letter of reference.
FORMER KITCHEN CREW MEMBERS:
Submit a brief note stating your interest in returning.
NEW KITCHEN CREW POLICY:
In order to give Mainewoods dancers an opportunity to attend camp for only $100/session, one Kitchen Crew position in each session will be reserved for a camper who has never been on the Crew before. If after April 1, there is no new applicant, that position will be opened up to former Kitchen Crew.
