Three Per Cabin Rate: To facilitate the assignment of roommates, the three person cabin option is restricted to a single gender per cabin, unless all three campers register together for coed accommodations.

Off-site accommodations: This year Mainewoods Dance Camp may be able to accept a limited number of full-session non-resident campers. Click here if you are interested in attending Mainewoods, but would prefer to stay off-site.

Start and End Times: The Registration Desk opens at 3:30 PM. Cabins will not be available until after this time, as we need the early afternoon for cleaning. Camp begins with a welcoming reception at 6:30 PM followed by dinner and dancing. Camp ends after breakfast for the weekly sessions and after lunch for Labor Day Weekend. You may stay and enjoy the facilities, but you must vacate your cabin by mid-morning so that it can be cleaned and prepared for the next occupants.

Friday Stays: For those campers who are staying for consecutive sessions, there is no charge for the Friday “bridge” day, but no lunch or dinner will be served. We will gladly provide information about nearby lodging for those of you who would like to stay in Maine on a Friday night before or after a camp session.

Children: Children are always welcome, but there are no scheduled activities for them. Parents will be responsible for supervising their children at all times. Please note that there is no lifeguard for either our waterfront or pool.

To Register: Simply fill out the Registration Form, and mail it with your deposit to the address on the form. Registrants from foreign countries please pay in US dollars by money order. Please make checks payable to Mainewoods Dance Camp, Inc. 


Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

If you send in a deposit and must cancel, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from the applicable refund, except if you qualify as an "Early Bird." Early Birds must have their applications with deposits postmarked by May 31, 2008, to have the refund processing fee waived.
In addition, a $75 late cancellation fee will be withheld if notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the start of your session. No refund for a cancellation on or after the start date of your session.


Non-Profit Status:

We are officially a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If you wish to make a much-appreciated donation, it will be tax-deductible. Please see our Registration Form.


Mainewoods Membership:

We look forward to having our campers and supporters become members of Mainewoods Dance Camp. In addition to regular donations, by becoming a Mainewoods Member you are not only supporting the organization financially, but each member has a chance - two chances for family memberships - to win a free Labor Day weekend session, or equivalent, for use the following year, and when at camp, a chance for the weekly drawing for a free t-shirt or comparable item from our store. The annual fee is only $25 per single or $40 per family, and our membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. The drawing for the free weekend takes place in the fall, and the winner will be announced in "Mainewoods Memories." Please see our Membership Form or our Registration Form to renew or join.
